Pete Dinelli, the citys chief public safety officer, says Stuart was the executive director of New Mexico Extreme Sportsan organization that deals with kids and outdoor activities. Stuart was also managing the teen center, Warehouse 508, which just had its contract renewed by the city.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, unreasonable noise, and resisting and obstruction an officer.
Dinelli says Stuart was fired by New Mexico Extreme Sports.
